Sram Road 11s Chainring's build starts with a raw 7075-T6 alloy plate then stamp, coin, and CNC the rings to form a perfect shifting hole.

Coining modifies tooth profiles into patterns that CNC alone cannot match, strain-hardening the metal for greater endurance. Finishing processes tailored to chainrings and laser graphics increase durability and attractiveness.
